The location is prime, just steps away from Driftwood Beach. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the beautiful surroundings. My room was quiet and well-equipped for self-catering, perfect for a relaxing stay. Staff were friendly and attentive, which added to the pleasant experience. However, I faced a few maintenance issues. The check-in process took longer than expected and I found no soap in the initial room. The furniture layout felt cramped, making it hard to maneuver. The bed was a bit warped on one side, leading to a backache. After requesting a move, the second room was much more accommodating. Despite these inconveniences, the welcoming staff and convenient on-site restaurant made a difference. There’s a lack of daily housekeeping, which feels off for a resort, but I managed. Overall, a good stay with lots of potential for improvements.

The staff went above and beyond—when I needed a ground-floor room due to my surgery, they swiftly moved me without any hesitation. The outdoor pool and BBQ area were such a fun touch, making our family time even more enjoyable out in the sun!
